Improve your health using this simple approach - which is just terrific but one among many.
LEMON
In the morning, before you put anything in your mouth - do this.
Take half a glass of water - about 150ml or 6fl.oz and add the juice of half a fresh lemon.
Drink it slowly or have it with breakfast.
Repeat this before lunch and/or dinner if you think about it.
The taste is not bad and in a while you will feel the benefits.
VINEGAR
To half a glass of water add 5mls (about 1/6 fl.oz.) of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink.
This same solution is used to rinse the mouth and if used regularly can help with tartar control and mouth hygiene.
It won't hurt you.
The vinegar contains a chemical group called Acetyl - from Acetic Acid which is a mild acid.
The Acetyl group is used in chemical reactions in the body and will combine with other chemicals making them more potent. For example, acetyl-carnitine.
SIMPLE BACK TO BASICS APPROACH
I believe in the simple approach to health.
The world has been turned upside down with a staggering array of products and services.
This takes away from each of us the ability to help ourselves with older, simpler, more cost effective and safer ways to keep healthy.
When you get confused think K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid)
Boil the problem down to the basics.
Calm yourself.
Ask around until you find the solution.
Keep the diet as simple as possible. Simplify your thoughts!
Fast foods WILL hurt you!
Eat nutritious and fresh foods wherever possible.
Put it this way - would you put pure, 100% alcohol in your car?
It would not run far and neither will you.
It's the wrong fuel for the car and equally fast and overcooked food is wrong fuel for you.
That is if you want good health and not just mediocre to low health.
