This came up recently when someone claiming to be a doctor of some sort claimed that people can take too much Q10 - and of course totally confused the salesclerk in the retail store. He debunked all Q10 products in the store.
Looking at it objectively, I suppose that something like Q10 could be taken to excess if that meant that it would then be available as a free radical and consequently act in opposition to its intended role as an antioxidant.
However the proof that Q10 is suddenly acting as a free radical, if indeed that can be felt with the minute amounts that people buy as a supplement would be lack of energy and some type of health deterioration - a bit of a leap as most people can only afford to take 100mg or less per day.
Q10 has been clinically proven to help many ailments. But it has also been shown to be effective by many of my own clients.
Q10Sport has a formula synergy with lipoic acid that regenerates the Q10 from the free radical state back into its antioxidant form. So it is more likely that you get much more availability.
Most people will never feel the difference unless they take consistent higher amounts around the 10 - 15 capsules per day - 1000mg - 1500mg Q10 per day.
Of course nothing is totally absorbed, so only a fraction is actually available.
Unless people do some type of serious physical activity that requires the body to be pushed well beyong 'normal' physical limits they will never feel the breakthrough effect that Q10Sport produces. I have seen the massive change in myself through Jujitsu training and other physical work. When you think that you cannot go further, you just keep going - and it's a very serious surprise the first time it happens.
If you think that you will feel this from doing mediocre exercise or no exercise, then forget it.
So, in closing, for any serious professional to go around making a total nuisance of themselves and trying to introduce a false belief into salespeople who don't grasp the complex fundamentals (and it's not their job) is a breach of commercial ethics.
It is my hope that this nonsense stops. Remember, a little knowledge is sometimes a dangerous thing and in this case it's a serious lack of knowledge by a would be qualified person.

LEMON
In the morning, before you put anything in your mouth - do this.
Take half a glass of water - about 150ml or 6fl.oz and add the juice of half a fresh lemon.
Drink it slowly or have it with breakfast.
Repeat this before lunch and/or dinner if you think about it.
The taste is not bad and in a while you will feel the benefits.
VINEGAR
To half a glass of water add 5mls (about 1/6 fl.oz.) of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink.
This same solution is used to rinse the mouth and if used regularly can help with tartar control and mouth hygiene.
It won't hurt you.
The vinegar contains a chemical group called Acetyl - from Acetic Acid which is a mild acid.
The Acetyl group is used in chemical reactions in the body and will combine with other chemicals making them more potent. For example, acetyl-carnitine.
SIMPLE BACK TO BASICS APPROACH
I believe in the simple approach to health.
The world has been turned upside down with a staggering array of products and services.
This takes away from each of us the ability to help ourselves with older, simpler, more cost effective and safer ways to keep healthy.
When you get confused think K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid)
Boil the problem down to the basics.
Calm yourself.
Ask around until you find the solution.
Keep the diet as simple as possible. Simplify your thoughts!
Fast foods WILL hurt you!
Eat nutritious and fresh foods wherever possible.
Put it this way - would you put pure, 100% alcohol in your car?
It would not run far and neither will you.
It's the wrong fuel for the car and equally fast and overcooked food is wrong fuel for you.
That is if you want good health and not just mediocre to low health.

Tiredness and inability to Sleep
We have many requests for 'something' to help with tiredness and inability to sleep.
These issues can stem from a medium to long term lack of sufficient movement - the 'e' word (exercise).
Regular exercise stimulates tissues and promotes beneficial chemicals to be produced in the body.
Exercise, particularly aerobic exercise helps to move lymph fluid which can become thick and even toxic to the body. Drink sufficient water daily and get enough movement.
The lungs are your gas exchange specialists - they remove carbon dioxide and replenish you with oxygen. Keep them going by exercising them. Even sitting down, you can breathe deeply.
This exercises the lung tissues and opens up the small channels in the lower compartments of the lungs - the right lung has 3 compartment while the left has 2 compartments - both the lower compartments seldom get enough air and stagnation can set in which YOU will notice as inability to draw sufficient air when you push yourself.
There is no benefit to sitting still all day, every day - your body cannot stay healthy!
Regular exposure to the 'right' amount of sunlight is necessary to promote healthy tissue formation - such as bone. Sunlight promotes vitamin D which is necessary for bone deposition.
As we age there is a tendency for more bone resorption than for bone deposition. This cycle can be further extended by a lack of vitamin D production and insufficient exercise - preferably aerobic - the heavy breathing kind.
Try it for a week - every day get a little more sun, preferably early morning or later in the afternoon. Try very gentle walking or a water based movement if you are having trouble.
Build it up slowly but NEVER overdo it, especially walking, if you have a health issue. Never push yourself because you feel that you have to do it - do it because you CAN comfortably do it.
